4th-6th December, 5 Ways Lakes, Wolvey - Xmas Party Weekend

Decorate your units with the Christmas theme. Children’s party on Saturday with a visit from Santa, complete with party games. Karaoke on Friday night and Christmas party on Saturday evening with the LDA Disco—American Supper, please bring your contribution as directed. The site is a small commercial site with a rally field. The site has toilets and showers. Electric hook-ups available. We have the use of a purpose built function room during the weekend.

29th December-1st January, Hose Village Hall - New Year Meet
Join LDA to celebrate the arrival of the New Year. Three days and nights of fun, laughter and entertainment—don’t miss it! Live entertainment, themed fancy dress, food each night, daytime fun & games and much more. A level grassy field behind the village hall. Access onto the site and onto the field is very good. There is a very large hard-standing area if required.
The hall is one of the best in the county with a large stage, an excellent kitchen and large landscape windows overlooking the camping field. There two excellent pubs and a general store / post-office in the village.
STEWARDS: New Year Committee
6th March 2010 Starting at 2.00pm, Hose Village Hall - Leics DA Annual General Meeting
Join LDA at their AGM Meet and give them your support. It's that time of the year when you can elect your committee for the next 12 months and to propose any notices of motion (all notices of motion and committee nominations must be submitted to the DA secretary in writing by 6th January). Please come along and air your ideas/comments and maybe stand for election yourself. The DA needs a full and enthusiastic committee. So if you want to make your contribution, get yourself nominated. Don't forget to bring along your current membership card, otherwise you will not be able to vote.
