BARROWBY BEER FESTIVAL - LDA regret to announce that the planned meet at Barrowby Beer Festival has been cancelled. The festival will still be held but anyone wishing to attend should contact the organisers directly.

Stewards are needed for our 5-Day meet at Fosseway Farm, Moreton-in-the-Marsh on 17th-22nd October. If you can only make a few days or the weekend only, please let us know. Click here to read what it's all about.

Where are LDA in the next couple of months?
20th-22nd June - Thorntons Holt, Stragglethorpe - Children's Weekend
Bring the kids along to join in the fun and activities during the weekend. Tin Can Alley—Darts & Cards—Hook-a-Duck—Bean Bags in Hoops—Ping Pong in Jars—Horseshoes—Coconut Shy. Tea Party. Lots of fun for all!
A quiet, commercial site with mown grass and plenty of shelter. Showers and toilets are available. There is a small indoor swimming pool (small fee applies). A site shop sells most of the essentials.
A quaint thatched roof Public House is within easy walking distance. Holme Pierrepont Watersports Centre is approx. 5 minutes drive with plenty to watch there—picnic areas, children’s play area and coffee shop. For the shop-o-holics, try Nottingham. The city also has plenty of tourist attractions - The Caves, Castle, Lace Market, etc.

27th-29th June - Victoria Farm, Highcross, Claybrooke Magna - Join the Stewards in their Celebration Weekend
Your stewards for the weekend, Vi & Richard, will be celebrating their wedding anniversary and invite everyone to join them in the on-site marquee for a some line dancing and socialising. Please come along and enjoy yourselves and make it an weekend for them to remember. Western outfits are encouraged but not compulsory.
The site is a flat and level field situated on the edge of the old Roman road—The Fosse Way. There are toilet & shower facilities available on site. A limited number of electric hook-ups are available at £1.50 PUN—please arrange with the stewards on arrival.

4th-6th July - Barrowby Beer Festival - This meet has been cancelled!
11th-13th July - Turnpost Farm, Wymeswold - Rempstone Steam Party
The showground has a full programme of activities, including static displays of vintage vehicles and various displays/parades in the arena. There is a marquee bar open till late with entertainment and food outlets open all day.
The DA rally field is adjacent to the showground on a slightly sloping field. You are advised to take a full water container to avoid the long queues on arrival.

18th-20th July - 5 Ways Lakes, Wolvey - Celebrate the stewards 50th Birthday
Yes, it's Steve Norris' 50th birthday (and not a day too soon I hear you say). Come along to this meet and help him celebrate in BIG style. Everyone welcome, the more the merrier!
The site is a small commercial site with a rally field. The site has a toilet and shower. There is fishing on site at an extra charge.
